As we look ahead to the future of hospitality and travel, we decide to change booking and cancellation policy: we understand your needs for flexibility when planning future travel to Italy so we encourage you to read and pay attention to the following simply rules and contact us if you need more info.
30% payment in advance to confirm the reservation by bank transfer within 7 days from confermation.
If the payment is not made at the required time, the reservation will be cancelled.
For online reservation booked via travel agents or travel professionals, please contact the booking provider for more information about their policy.
New cancellation policy
It will be possible to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival. The payment will be entirely refund. Please contact us via email within the reported deadline.
In case of health or unplanned conditions due to current situation, all the prepayment will be refund. Please contact us via email in this case asap.
Green pass und PLF
Einreise ins Land: der Green Pass ( 3G) wird benötigt
Die bisher bestehende Pflicht, die Einreise nach Italien über das Portal dPLF anzumelden, entfällt ersatzlos.
Der Green Pass ist gültig:
- wenn Sie seit mindestens vierzehn Tagen vollständig geimpft sind und die 2. Impfung nicht länger als 9 Monate zurückliegt. Die Gültigkeit nach der 3. Impfung (Booster) ist zeitlich unbegrenzt.
- wenn Sie genesen sind (innerhalb der letzten sechs Monate); danach brauchen Sie für eine vollständige Impfung nur eine weitere Einzeldosis.
- wenn Sie im Besitz eines negativen Ergebnisses eines Schnelltests sind (PCR 72 Std. gültig, oder Antigen 48 Std. gültig).
Maskenpflicht
Nicht mehr obligatorisch
Besteht die Pflicht zum Tragen einer FFP2-Maske allerdings in Kinos, Theatern, Krankenhäusern, Schulen sowie in den öffentlichen Transportmitteln Flugzeug, Bus, Zug und Schiff/Fähre.
