As we look ahead to the future of hospitality and travel, we decide to change booking and cancellation policy: we understand your needs for flexibility when planning future travel to Italy so we encourage you to read and pay attention to the following simply rules and contact us if you need more info.
New booking conditions
30% payment in advance to confirm the reservation by bank transfer within 7 days from confermation.
If the payment is not made at the required time, the reservation will be cancelled.
For online reservation booked via travel agents or travel professionals, please contact the booking provider for more information about their policy.
New cancellation policy
It will be possible to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival. The payment will be entirely refund. Please contact us via email within the reported deadline.
In case of health or unplanned conditions due to current situation, all the prepayment will be refund. Please contact us via email in this case asap.
New COVID-19 rules in Italy
From 1 May 2022, on the entire national territory, access to Italy is allowed only with one of the COVID-19 green certifications:
- full vaccination with EMA-authorized vaccine, issued less than 9 months ago (EU Digital Certification or equivalent certification for Italian authorities) - vaccination
- full vaccination with EMA-authorized vaccine, and booster dose, in EU Digital Certification format or equivalent certification for Italian authorities - vaccination
- certificate of recovery from COVID-19, issued less than 6 months ago (EU Digital Certification format or equivalent certification for Italian authorities) - recovery
- negative molecular swab test result within 72 hours prior to entry into Italy or antigenic swab test within 48 hours prior to entry into Italy - testing
From 1 May 2022, the obligation to wear respiratory protection devices (masks) of type FFP2 remains in the following cases:
a) to access the following means of transport and for their use: 1) aircraft used for commercial passenger transport services; 2) ships and ferries used for interregional transport services; 3) trains used in interregional, Intercity, Intercity Night and High Speed passenger rail transport services; 4) buses used for passenger transport services, with an undifferentiated offer, carried out on the road continuously or periodically on a route that connects more than two regions and having pre-established itineraries, timetables, frequencies and prices; 5) buses used for rental services with driver; 6) means used in local or regional public transport services.
b) for access to cable cars, gondola lifts and chair lifts, if used with the closure of the windscreen domes, for tourist-commercial purposes.
c) for shows open to the public that take place indoors in theatrical halls, concert halls, cinemas, entertainment venues and live music and in other similar venues, as well as for sporting events and competitions .
The following are exempt from the obligation to wear respiratory protective device:
a) children under the age of six;
b) people with pathologies or disabilities incompatible with the use of a mask, as well as people who must communicate with a person with disabilities in order not to be able to use the device.
